Give the Gift of Your Time
The donation of your time is one of the most valuable you can make to helping our cause. By volunteering, you're showing that you are willing to step up to help make the streets safer for our children.
Our programs are supported by community members generously providing their time to help with our events. Without the help of our community, our capacity to provide services to kids and young adults in the community would be significantly diminished. If you feel moved to donate your time towards making the streets of Aurora safer for our children, please use the button below to sign up for our volunteer mailing list. You will receive an application upon submitting your interest. We know that you want to help, and the best way to do so is by helping.

Accepted volunteers will be emailed ahead of events and asked to respond if available. Those who are available will be contacted to volunteer with additional details.
We frequently require volunteers to support our various community events. These events include both annual events, and one-off events throughout the year. Check our calendar to see our currently confirmed events.
If you don't see an event coming up, we urge you to apply regardless. Because our volunteers all have their own schedules, having a large pool to utilize helps to ensure our events run smoothly.
Community partners are critical elements of our philanthropic efforts. If you or your organization is interested in becoming a partner, please reach out to info@heavyhandsheavyhearts.org to be connected with our Outreach Manager.
